When we share information
We share information only when necessary:
- Service providers that host infrastructure, process payments, send emails, provide analytics, or deliver customer support. They can access information only to perform tasks for us and must protect it.
- Professional advisors such as auditors and lawyers under confidentiality obligations.
- Business transfers. If we form a new entity, merge, or sell assets, information may transfer as part of the transaction.

International transfers
We may store and process information in countries other than where you live. When we transfer personal data from the EEA or the UK to a country that does not provide an equivalent level of data protection, we rely on approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and additional security controls.
Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.
You can request deletion of your account data. Some records, such as invoices or security logs, may be retained for legal or operational reasons.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data. Examples include encryption in transit, access controls, network monitoring, and regular backups. No system can be perfectly secure, but we work to prevent and detect unauthorized access. If a data incident occurs, we will notify affected users when required by law.

California and US state privacy rights
Residents of California and certain other states have additional rights, including the right to know categories of personal information collected, the right to request deletion, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. Trackings.ai uses algorithms to analyze ranking data and to generate insights and recommendations. These features are intended to assist users and do not produce legal or similarly significant effects. You can contact us if you would like more information about how these features work.
Third party links and integrations
The service may include links to other websites and may allow you to connect integrations. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. Review their policies before sharing information with them.
Data from connected accounts and sources
If you connect an external account or provide access to external data sources, you authorize us to retrieve and store the data required to provide the service.
